The second edition of Doha GOALS - Gathering of All Leaders in Sports - was held in Qatar on December 9 - 11, 2013.
Doha GOALS is the premier platform for world leaders to advance social initiatives through sport. It hosted the Ministers of Sport Summit alongside the Forum, focusing on the promotion of fairness and equality in sports. The theme was Integrity in Sport. The Forum was held at the Aspire Academy, and more than 3,000 people were expected to attend.
As the first deputation of Chinese female athletes, Amy Zhou- the Chairman of both America-China Sports Association and Union National Culture and Sports Foundation spoke at Doha GOALS. As a judo champion of 1988 Olympic Games, she has practiced judo more than 20 years. Since 80’s, she participated in the World Championships, the Olympic Games, the USA and other international invitational tournaments. On the second edition of Doha GOALS, her speech theme will be WOMEN IN SPORTS. As a retiring professional female athletes she will share her experiment about how can we turn those talents towards the corporate world.
